Having solved all the problems, here are the updates rules to prevent this from happening again.

I remember the rules here :

If you don't agree with the rules, just leave the tournament.

1. All matches must be played on BuRn|Clan Promod 3.1 servers.
Why ? Cuz Promod 3.1 have no drop sniper/shotgun, limit class (watch rule 7.) and perfect settings (watch rule 3. )

2. Knife-Map, Knife-Side
team who win the Knife-Map choose the first map, team who win Knife-Side choose side of first map

3. Match will be play in MR12, 24 rounds, switch side at 12 rounds

4. 2 maps per match

5. Maps allowed : FUEL, VACANT, TRAILERPARK, CARNIVAL, STRIKE
only this map are allowed cuz you can record demo in.

6. Number of players : 5v5

7. Weapons limit :
1 sniper, 2 spec ops, 5 assaults and 1 demolition are allowed by team

8. UAC3 is required

9. Cheats are not allowed
