Getting Promotions.
You can get promotions by this formula:

Good behavior = Promotion

Teamplay in clan matches = Promotion

Time as a member = Promotion

(Promotion doesnt come up so easily if you already are higly ranked.)

Bad behavior = Demote

Messing around in clan matches/chat = Demote

Havent been online for a long time = Demote
