Pandora's Mighty Soldiers, (PMS Clan) is an all-female gaming group which was founded in 2002 by Amber Athena Twin" Dalton and her sister Amy "Athena" Brady. PMS currently has over 500 members across Xbox, PC, and PlayStation Platforms. They also have an International branch, a Teen Division, and male counter-part group called H2O Clan.
PMS Clan wants to change the perception that competitive online and offline gaming is dominated solely by male hardcore gamers. Their open recruitment is based on interest and attitude rather than skill. Their ultimate goal is to provide a safe and fun playing environment for female gamers, but they are also driven to bring females into the top ranks of tournament champions. Their members range from casual players to the ultra-competitive, which balances these two goals. PMS Clan is one of the largest female gaming clans in the industry.

PMS Counter-Strike division
The PMS CS division is one of the many divisions of the PMS Clan. The PMS Clan is the biggest all female gaming community. With well over 500 members worldwide, PMS is trying to break the barrier between women and competitive and casual gaming. The CS division has grown quite a bit since it was started in the beginning of 2006.
PMS Clan now has a Counter-Strike: Source co-ed division as well as their CS 1.6 division. Both divisions have teams competing in different ladder systems (CAL, Cevo, and OGL).
