Answer: Aeria is a publisher for games and has only minimal hand in development in feedback. So honestly, there's little we can answer for that question

Answer: New content is always added with scheduled releases. The releases are always scheduled with plenty of community previews and information.

Answer: Twelve Sky is Fully Compatable With Windows Vista

Answer: There si currently an independent version of 12 Sky 2 developed by Gigassoft and published in Korea.

Answer: There are currently no new moves in development

Answer: PK to the point of HARASSMENT is bannable. PK itself is allowed. However, PKing someone every day is crossing the line.

Answer: Yes it is fully compatible with the vista operating system.

Answer: This is currently outside of our realm of possibilities. It sounds like a fun idea, and would be a lot of fun if you can come up with a way to implement it using all current game mechanics. However, new zones specifically for this aren't something we can do in the foreseeable future
aeriastarke: Question: deathgrip420: DOES a cetain Factions standings against the other factions affect WarGod Drop Rate??
Answer: There is no secret numbers that effect the Wargod Drop rate. It is an elite so naturally it will be difficult to find. =P

Answer: 12sky is not just about questing, as the focus is based on PVP. So, the beginning stages allows players to get their feet wet at the other focal points 12sky offers as a martials arts fantasy PVP mmorpg.

Answer: Aeria is proud of our GM staff and the interactions we have with the public. We strive to provide the best gaming experience of all F2P games out there. 12 Sky also has one of the strongest PvP presences out there for F2P games.
gmvalkyrie: Question: WNx KillerStefan (killerstefan15): Is there going to be a major graphical upgrade of 12 Sky because the graphics seem kinda outdated?
Answer: We are looking into the possibility but have yet to reach a suitable outcome.
gmvalkyrie: Question: Vorpal Psycho (carnagevortex): will there be a possibility for mounted pets in the future of 12Sky or will they only be the ones seen on the korean version?
Answer: There are no current development plans for this feature
gmelectro: Question: blazerong: for more ease of acces to the new gamers will you do STEP-BY-STEP instructions and tell them what to do if there is a game error
Answer: We are always looking for ways to improve the ease of issue resolution. Thats why we encourage players to actively participate on our soical forums, to either contribute these ideas, or actually provide answers themselves( making your own FAQ thread, etc) And any suggestions like these, we definitely make an attempt to circumvent this needs by creating our own FAQ and informational threads based on these suggestion.
aeriastarke: Question: (zatuichi): whats is the worse patch glitch uv seen
Answer: If you were around for easter last year there was an item called the Easter Necklace (L). There ended being a bug that made the item obtainable for the exchange system. We eneded up having to take the server down and manually remove over 300 of the items >.< That was not a fun day =(

Answer: There are no development plans in this direction that we are currently aware of.

Answer: We currently have no plans to look forward to a new server until we have come closer to filling Vengeance.

Answer: GM's aren't always necessarily visible, but we are there. Many times, were there invisible and watching, observing the zones and conditions. (we are always watching o . o)
aeriastarke: Question: Vorpal Psycho (carnagevortex): why have the elite pets not been released to date? and is there any other item that we don't have yet?
Answer: There was a miscommunication between gigassoft and aeria games. We were told the pets were released when in fact they were not. We are now scheduling a release for the pets.

Answer: Please report them via the report thread in the forums, via GS's, and an email for good measure with a link to the report ^ ^
gmvalkyrie: Question: BrightAngel (brlghtangel): Do players give the GMs too much hassle and are GM given the credit they deserve for makin and maintaining such a wondeful game?
Answer: In honesty, the "hassle" is as much a part of the job as the fun. Being a GM involves dealing with good times and bad, and all people react differently to circumstances in game. So while sometimes it makes for a longer day, it's a part of the job and we try our best to ensure everyone gets equal treatment and superb customer support. We want people to feel like their problems are seen, even if we occasionally want to smack people who send in a Contact Us form full of profanity. ^_^

Answer: wha?
gmelectro: Question: (seifer211): Why are you opening more servers up when the pvp is NOT up to par, its VERY hard to get cp at high levels because there is no competition. Why are you opening new servers when the current servers are NOT built for pvp, when this is a pvp based game.
Answer: The new servers provide an avenue for an even bigger population that has evolved for the 12 sky experience. It will take some time for any population shift if you have noticed any high level players moving, but the servers are growing (all three of them) and will make pvp really exciting.

Answer: The GMs are always looking for balance in the game, whether it be from the developers or from exp rates. There is no favortism from the GMs and we always promote fair gameplay.

Answer: There was a miscommunication between gigassoft and aeria games. We were told the pets were released when in fact they were not. We are now scheduling a release for the pets.

Answer: Aeria Games felt Twelve Sky gave a good compliment to its lineup of MMORPGs. It was different enough from Last Chaos that we felt it would draw a variety of new players to our site :)

Answer: Aeria's version is currently in English, with other publishers providing alternative languages. There are currently Korean and Japanese versions available from different publishers.
gmelectro: Question: mdshare (mdshare): Will there be possibilities to collect data for dynamic content on fan sites. eg downloading with a cronjob daily user rankings, latest news/events maybe through rss etc
Answer: The layout of the social networking features of our sites are constantly being improved ( you can measure this daily with the new content being added to the style of the stie everyday!) And those suggestions are really good and have been acknowledge by our teams.
gmvalkyrie: Question: nvrfnsh: Do you all work from home, or are you in a big no windowed wharehouse?
Answer: Actually I currently work from under a bridge. It's all good, I get to eat pigeons. ^_^ We actually have an office for all the games. 12 Sky intends to plan a raid against Shaiya soon. Just need to get some sleep poison..

Answer: Right now, the only alterations to the physical attirbutes (face, hair style, vanity sets) are in the item mall, or when we do special events for "No faces" and such :P

Answer: Same way we have been: to the best of our ability. There's always something new out there, but with the assistance of the players keeping an eye out and reporting violations, we will crush them all beneath the iron heel of our little bootsies.

Answer: Absolutely not. We encourage all players to develop their levels as lots of exciting content exists in 12sky. But, we are currently thinking of new ways to delight our every growing percentage of new players. 12sky thrives on the veteran players serving as guides/masters for the upcoming waves of lower levels. So, thats where faction unification and involvement really counts. So, no, we favor all players, as there won't be any high levels without fostering the growth of our lowbies.
aeriastarke: Question: AkumA (akumaxd): will you guys be implementing a new item that helps pets level quicker then the average heavenly fruits (something fair to non-ap users >.<)?
Answer: We have been looking into this for a long time however it has proven more difficult to implement than origianlly thought.

Answer: For billing related questions please use the Contact Us page. If you have received an RT number but no response within 48 hours, please refer your RT number to a GS so that it may be forwarded to GM attention
gmvalkyrie: Question: The Blind Swordsman (zatuichi): how many players would u like to agree to a SGST before its emailed to AG
Answer: 42.... It depends on the nature of the suggestion in most instances. A good guideline is to have at least 3 pages of agreement before submitting your suggestion via Contact Us.

Answer: We have a steady flow of content that is planned to be rerleased based on the calendar we have set up.

Answer: We are always monitoring the best solutions for ANY in game misbehaviors. Including heologo. (we all know no1 does anything wrong in there > . >) And if a certain need does occur, where a GM steps into a zone to police, we certainly do step forward and police when needed.
gmelectro: Question: ungchiawah: Q: Can I get reimbursed for the XP I lost during Saturday's Pagoda?
Answer: We are throwing lots of double exp events lately, for any players that have had exp issues. These events have been setup on multiple days so to remain accessible to all players, world wide. (this saturday is a 24 hours exp event) and also today after maintenance :)
gmvalkyrie: Question: nvrfnsh: i will be deploying with the us army shortly, and i dont want to lose my character. is there anyway to freeze my account so my hard work doesnt get wasted?
Answer: There is currently no way to delete accounts, so your character will remain safe until you return.

Answer: We will have BOTH a Halloween event and Christmas event! So keep your eyes peeled.!
gmelectro: Question: blazerong: will you ever start a new giant spawning event where everyone can play where 100's of monsters show up (depending on the # of ppl) and everyone share's exp making it a super exp event but you only keep the exp if you dont die
Answer: That is a cool and unique idea. Stuff like this, need to be shared with fellow 12skyers, and definitely will help make that idea more likely. We always take suggestions through emails and the forums. I will personally keep that idea in my head, and you should definitely post this idea today in the forums

Answer: We are unaware of any current development plans towards adding durability to items. As far as we're aware, it will remain as is.

Answer: That's a really cool idea! However, we don't have any plans at this time to make faction-switches possible.

Answer: Wow, have you tried playing DOMO yet? :)
aeriastarke: Question: mdshare (mdshare): let say game suggestions, does AeriaGames have power/influence to force kinda GigaSoft developers team or just no say in the development process?
Answer: When we run across a major issue we will put together a report and send it to gigassoft. We will then work together to get it resolved in a quick and timely manner. Gigassoft is very good at prioritizing these issues.
gmelectro: Question: kimber77): When is it and when is it not considered spawn killing? I've heard if the shield is up they are free to kill you when you spawn.
Answer: Correct.

Answer: We do not have the capacity to move characters between servers, as well as it would be potentially unbalancing with 12 Sky's population.

Answer: There is already a name change system. "Name Change Scroll" will allow you to change your characters name.

Answer: Of course, that is based on skill. Definetly, there are indeed many players whom are competitive on the servers without AP.

Answer: 12 Sky does not have the ability to implement costumes. Other games have a huge amount of costumes however, such as DoMO. 12 Sky is more focused on PvP action than cosmetics! BUAHAHAHA

Answer: Currently we have no plans for this. We are actively to the community to self policing ideas and methods to end this issue of ksing.

Answer: The servers are just that: different servers. As such the ability to communicate is limited to programs such as Xfire.

Answer: Any in game technical issue should be forwared to us ASAP so we can analyze these issues and talk to our developers for an immediate fix. Pleas take screen shots or vidoes, and include them in your forum report.

Answer: Once upon a time, certainly, but then Ando started tasering us whenever we looked at other games.

Answer: When we launched Twelve Sky, Gigassoft was very adament about keeping the amount of elixirs low since they felt that it slowed PVP down to a crawl. We want to avoid this from happening in our version. With that being said we are always looking for ways to make the game more fair and this is a very good way that we can do this. So we will definatly be looking into this

Answer: yes, some of these difficult tasks include: 1) Puppy / kitten saving 2) community service 3) a good attitude 4) bench press 5000 lbs 5) able to change skin pigment to green on a moments notice

Answer: This is a database caching issue we are currently looking into.

Answer: We have no intentions on modifying the level req for a guild, but suggestions and feedback are absorbed more and more we come across the suggestion.

Answer: This is definatly something we are taking a close look at.

Answer: It depends on the severity of the ban. If someone gets banned for a single inappropriate word with no history of prior misbehavior, we're willing to be lenient. However, if someone shows repeated history of misbehavior or has a ban of severe misbehavior, it has a large negative impact on their chances. Means no.

Answer: GM are continuall reviewing emails daily and at every hour. If a ticket has gone by that LONG, something is wrong. Please refer to the ticket number, and make sure it gets sent to 12sky (not another AEG game) Also, make sure that we aren't being blocked by your email filters.

Answer: The exp ratio is fixed to prevent players from reaching max level in a very short period of time and losing interest. What good is competing if everyone can do it in a week? :) Exp at 100 gets much harder, and the grind is again harder at M1 in order to ensure players get the most out of their gaming experience. ^_^ Keep your eyes open for turbos, exp events, and grab some potions for grinding!
