Mark Donovan, President

Donovan is an avid gamer who previously co-founded Titan Gaming in his dorm room while at McGill University. He led the company’s seed financing round, and oversaw the development of the company’s skill gaming platform, which recently launched on Facebook as “Games and Prizes.” In 2010, Titan Gaming raised over $1 million in seed financing from some of Southern California’s most influential technology investors, including Michael Robertson, Carlos Bohla and Tomorrow Ventures before acquiring Xfire from Viacom in August of the same year. Donovan led efforts to spin Xfire out of Viacom in the summer of 2010 and became the company’s president in the spring of 2011. When Mark isn’t busy running Xfire you can find him speaking at gaming industry events or playing first-person-shooter games like Call-of-Duty or Cross Fire.

 

Juston Brommel, Chief Marketing Officer

Juston is a digital monetization and gamification expert with 13 years of experience architecting and optimizing multi-channel programs, such as the web, apps, and mobile. In his current role, Juston is responsible for user acquisition, monetization, marketing optimization, and business intelligence. Prior to Xfire, he founded several interactive companies including: AdRadian (affiliate network), Revenue APEX (specialty finance), and INBOX Marketing (interactive agency). INBOX Marketing was acquired by Responsys, the #1 provider of multi-channel marketing automation software and services per top industry analysts Forrester and Jupiter, who went public on the NASDAQ in April 2011. Juston’s business process and marketing methodologies are the IP that fuel two of Responsys five enterprise software modules.

 

Autumn Radtke, Director of Business Development

Autumn joined Xfire to lead the company’s publisher and partner outreach programs. Autumn works to spread awareness of Xfire’s wide range of tools for game developers and publishers that help with marketing, technology and user engagement. Before working at Xfire, she was the Head of Business Development at Geodelic, where she developed major telecom carrier deals with the location-based mobile application company, including Verizon, Korea Telecom, Vodafone. Prior to Geodelic, Autumn led sales and business development for AcquaConnect, where she brought Mac platform terminal services to John Hopkins University and Los Alamos National Lab.

 

Niles Plante, Product Manager

Niles brings with him over a decade of product and project management experience in the entertainment software space. With extensive experience bringing product to market on mobile and online platforms, and a passion for gaming, Niles shepherds Xfire’s product vision of bringing utilities to the gaming community that help improve gamer’s skills and socialize their gaming identity. Before joining the ranks at Xfire, he performed producer roles at EA Mobile and EA Online, opened game services offices overseas, and consulted for clients entering the serious games sector to train military, health, and IT professionals.
