How to participate:
Contest 1: Play Saga and join an Official Xfire Saga
Clan (as provided on event website) while signed into Xfire within specified
ranges of hours to win. Twenty-Five winners will receive prizes:

This thing stands 2 feet wide, 3 and a half feet long and is capable of
shooting golf balls, eggs, tennis balls or the head of your sister's favorite
doll.
It's the absolutely coolest thing we could find to give away as a prize for a
fantasy RTS game!
The Great Dragon (This flying monstrosity can be fielded by any of the 6
Saga factions and is the rarest and most terrible flying unit in the game.)

EVENTS:
Events are sponsored by Silverlode Interactive (“SILVERLODE”), Salt Lake City, Utah.
The events are governed by these official rules. By participating in an event,
each entrant agrees to these official rules, including all eligibility
requirements, and understands that the results of the event are final in all
respects. The event is subject to all federal, state and local laws and
regulations and is void where prohibited by law.
ELIGIBILITY:
You must have a connection to the internet and an e-mail account prior to the
first date of this event. The event is open to all SILVERLODE users at www.playsaga.com.
All entrants must be at least 13 years old or older to participate. Void where
restricted, taxed, or prohibited by law. Employees of SILVERLODE and its
affiliates, its dealers, its advertising and promotional agencies, in judging
organization, manufacturers or distributors for the event materials and their
immediate families in the same household are not eligible. SILVERLODE reserves
the right to verify the eligibility of each winner.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
Any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected
with this event, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without
resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by arbitration. SILVERLODE
reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend any part or
all of the event should virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other
causes beyond the control of sponsor corrupt or impair the administration,
security, fairness, or proper play of the event. In such case SILVERLODE may
award prizes in a random drawing from all eligible entries received up to the
date of cancellation or suspension. SILVERLODE and its promotion and
advertising agencies are not responsible for technical, hardware, software, or
telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, fraud,
incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions whether caused by SILVERLODE,
users, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in
the promotion or by any technical or human error which may occur in the
processing of submissions which may damage a user’s system or limit a
participant’s ability to participate in the promotion. SILVERLODE may prohibit
an entrant from participating in the event or winning a prize if, in its sole
discretion, it determines that said entrant is attempting to undermine the
legitimate operation of the event by cheating, hacking, deception, or other
unfair playing practices (including the use of automated quick entry programs),
or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other entrants or Sponsor
representatives.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY: BALLISTA
By participating in the event governed by these Official Rules, each entrant agrees and understands that the Grand Prize Ballista (BALLISTA) is only available to Xfire users 18 years of age or older. By claiming the prize, the user not only verifies to be of the specified age (18 years of age or older) but also agrees that they are knowledgeable of the BALLISTA and the risks of personal injury or property damage to themselves and/or others which may be associated with the BALLISTA. By claiming the prize, the user also understands and agrees that Xfire, Inc. and Silverlode Interactive accept no responsibility for the acts of the user or the acts of others associated with the BALLISTA. By claiming the prize the user releases, relieves, discharges and holds harmless Xfire, Inc. and Silverlode Interactive, their employees, and representatives from any and all liability, whether for personal injury, property damage, or otherwise, arising out of or in connection with the BALLISTA. May Not Ship to Some Countries or States; All State and Local Laws apply.
CAUTION:
ANY ATEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE
LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE EVENT MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS
AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SILVERLODE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK
REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY’S FEES) FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE
FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.
