Answer: Our goal is to have a World wide tournament for Rakion and we have many things in plan for the future

Answer: We are planning similar event, but it will not be exactly the same as before

 

[Rakion]Help: Question: 23945: I am just wondering why you cannot sell the old cash cells for gold? It says cannot be sold/trade. I beleive they should have been upgraded to the new Black cells. Now we cannot even receive anything back if we want to upgrade to the new cells.

Answer: Cells that are not in shops can not be sold. And we are adding new cells in place of those.

 

[Rakion]Help: Question: {AFP}Nhb93: What seperates Rakion from other games of its type?

Answer: Rakion is control based game where users are able to control %100 of the action. Which differs from other games

 

[Rakion]Help: Question: Death: Rakion requires skill, and is not some mindless WoW-clone. what gave you inspiration to make this great game?

Answer: we wanted to provide a game where users can "feel" the action and be part of the game. Making a console based game into online environment

Answer: We are working to provide that feature for the users

 

[Rakion]Help: Question: Crystalizer: With the release of potions, you switched the keys for summoning and usingpotions.Players who didn't like this change, altered their ControlsSV file to changeback tothe original controls, is this allowed? Do you have any other comments to makeon this?

Answer: We will not limit users from changing their ControlsSV file and allow users the change it at the moment.

 

[Rakion]Help: Question: ♪ﾍ(^ω^ﾍ)(ﾉ^ω^)ノ♪: Will we ever be able to customize our characters more? Such as picking hair color and skin tones, height and size maybe?

Answer: We are still deciding on this particular feature for future update

 

[Rakion]Help: Question: smithilicous: is it possible to enable more experience for solo and team death matches, i think the game would have more solo death and team death matches if it provided as much exp as golem games.

Answer: We will look into this further. But we can not answer it fully at the moment. EXP earnings needs very careful planning and we do not want to rush into changing the EXP.

Answer: Windows XP is what we recommend to the users.

 

[Rakion]Help: Question: Asianese: When looking at cell stats, all cells have an armor stat slot, but none actually have any armor. What is the purpose of putting that there? Is it somethign that will be added in for the future, or is it something that got cut some time ago?

Answer: It is another type of energy such as HP and may be updated in the future.

Answer: commands used in Chatrooms will be updated in the future

Answer: Future events may have GM participation in them.

Answer: Armors and Weapons are continously in the works for updates. There will be many different things in the future

Answer: Upcoming event will have the "Halloween" Theme and we will have new rare item for the users.

Answer: personally, I would like to see variety of weapons and items for users to chose.

Answer: Clan system is not fully functional at the moment, and users will be notified whenever it is available

 

[Rakion]Help: Question: Chu: Will anymore armor sets/weapons past lvl 70 ever going to be implemented? And will future armor sets/weapons added be cash only or will there ever going to be new gold only equipment?

Answer: We are continously working on new items . There will be both Gold and Cash items in the future. Also at the moment we are not planning higher level armom (70+) update

Answer: If it has been too long ago, we will not be able to. But please use the Q&A for more assistance on your personal case.

Answer: Hidden stats will not be released in the future.

Answer: We are planning to update the story line in the upcoming year.

 

[Rakion]Help: Question: G2Wolf: Where did you get the idea of Rakion from?

Answer: We wanted to create a online game that is very similar to a console game and that's the main idea we started Rakion from.

 

[Rakion]Help: Question: smithilicous: will the softnyx team ever release a full detailed storyline of rakion?

Answer: We are planning to update the story line in the upcoming year. Users will have much more to read than is now.

 

[Rakion]Help: Question: Matttang: Are you planning to implement any new classes?

Answer: New classes are under planning stages, but we are not sure how soon it can be released

 

[Rakion]Help: Question: Chu: Will future armor sets ever be released for gold for higher lvl characters?

Answer: At the moment, we are not planning it, but it may be updated in the future

 

[Rakion]Help: Question: {Dark}g4.loki: as many players realize, soul cannons are way to cheap and give an unfair advantage. is there any plans in the future to fix or make a gold item out of them.?

Answer: At the moment, Soul Cannon is the most powerful creature and we are not planning to change it.

 

[Rakion]Help: Question: Crystalizer: In the previous events, you had event stages where players were rewarded with quite large amounts of exp. But in 2007 these event stages seem to have died away, will you be releasing more of these event stages in the future?

Answer: There are many different events planned for the future. But the details are not final.

 

[Rakion]Help: Question: Mister_Eric: Any plans for new battlefiled/stages?

Answer: We will continously update stages and maps in the future

 

[Rakion]Help: Question: Sanjuaro: With the filter I noticed that if you type a word such as assign the first three letters would be filtered out. Will this be fixed?

Answer: Fixing the filter may allow more cursing in the chat and we are reluctant to change the system at the moment

 

[Rakion]Help: Question: Crystalizer: Lots of players seem to think the game is beginning to become dominated by Blacksmiths and Soul Cannons, saying that the game is unfair/unbalanced and that they should be nerfed, has this occured to you before? Now that you know, do you have any comments to make?

Answer: At the moment, we do not have plans to change the soul cannon but we may change Blacksmith in the future.

 

[Rakion]Help: Question: Mister_Eric: Do you ever plan on correction the typos in the stages?

Answer: We are planning to correct any mistakes in the stages.

Answer: Please explain further on this question, we are not quite sure what you are asking.

Answer: At the moment, there's cell point portions, so we are not planning any other items for cell summoning

 

[Rakion]Help: Question: Mister_Eric: @Oscar: what he means is like WoW cards i guess, similiar like how you can buy a prepaid card which have a set number of Cash in exchange for money.

Answer: At the moment, we are not planning a pre-paid card for Rakion.

 

[Rakion]Help: Question: Bulldog Mansion...!: Would you improve the anti-hacker system for no more hacks?

Answer: We are planning to make changes in our system to protect it from hacks. We are also working with Gameguard personnels to improve the anti-hack system we currently have.

 

[Rakion]Help: Question: ♪ﾍ(^ω^ﾍ)(ﾉ^ω^)ノ♪: I would love to be able to minimize my game. Does the prevention of allowing us to minimize really do anything?

Answer: This is a technical issue for hack prevention system. And it is blocked for that reason.

 

[Rakion]Help: Question: Crystalizer: Currently, the games are limited to 8v8 totalling 16 players, will you ever be increasing the limit to the full 10v10?

Answer: Due to technical issues we are not planning a 10vs10 games, but we are planning stages where more users are able to participate iin.

 

[Rakion]Help: Question: : *USO*ĦathoЯ|HC|: Will there be a New Animation update? giving movies and special attacks a new look?

Answer: We are planning to update the animations in the future

 

[Rakion]Help: Question: *USO*ĦathoЯ|HC|: If you guys play when your not working on the game, What would you say is your fav class?

Answer: Personally, I prefer Archer and Swordsman

 

[Rakion]Help: Question: FCW_Slayer, SinisterSlay: is anything going to be done about the soul cannon memory leak which cause frame rate drain? And also the new glitch that causes random, short term frame rate drains?

Answer: We are currently working on this issue, but this may take more time than expected before due to technical issues.

 

[Rakion]Help: Question: Death: Do you plan on making it easier for low-levels to obtain gold?

Answer: We have other plans in the works to help the lower levels.

Question: zetapoo: the invite system was a good idea... but it would probably be better to impliment a /invite feature, since the method for selecting invitees now is pretty worthless

Question: FCW_Slayer, SinisterSlay: why did you patch the game to make characters auto turn towards the enemy when they are close enough? this has ruined a lot of positioning tactics and caused some strange glitches (such as 180 degree turns in mid air)

[Rakion]Help: SinisterSlay, hold turn is something that we put alot of planning into

[Rakion]Help: but if you feel that way, we can discuss it with our team.

 

Question: smithilicous: i have two of the same elemental hurricane blacksmiths helms can you exchange one of another helm such as blacksmith damned or aqua?

Question: FCW_Slayer, SinisterSlay: oh yeah, i got a question about Dragons, its said they have a third attack that allows them to grab weaker enemies, does this actually exist?

[Rakion]Help: SinisterSlay, that particular note may have been wrote in the planning stage. but at the moment there's 2 known attacks for the dragon

The current system of simply reporting people doesn;t work because they can simply make a new account, but if it were possible to have moderation strong enough that playing is almost impossible with hacks, it could help remove hackers, is this a possiblity?

I mean this has never faultered once, why is that? as your customers, we lose confidence every time this happens, to a point where we fear patches and even loath Rakion, why is this?
