1. Eligibility.

THIS SWEEPSTAKES (the "Sweepstakes") IS OPEN ONLY TO RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES (EXCLUDING THE STATES OF FLORIDA AND RHODE ISLAND) AND CANADA WHO, AS OF THE START OF THE SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD (as defined below), ARE FOURTEEN YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER, HAVE A REGISTERED ACCOUNT ON WWW.XFIRE.COM AND ARE THE AUTHORIZED ACCOUNT HOLDER (as defined below) OF THE INTERNET EMAIL ADDRESS CORRESPONDING TO SUCH REGISTERED XFIRE ACCOUNT, AND WHO FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS INCLUDED IN THESE OFFICIAL RULES. IF YOU DO NOT MEET THE ABOVE CRITERIA, YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO WIN A PRIZE. If you are under the legal age of majority according to the laws of your state of residence (i.e., a "minor") and you are selected as a prize winner, your parent or legal guardian will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility (as described below) on your behalf and the prize may be awarded in the name of your parent/legal guardian. In order to be eligible to win a prize, you must be an Xfire user with a registered account at www.xfire.com as of the start of the Sweepstakes Period and participate in the Xfire "Gamer's Week Gaming Event" (at http://www.xfire.com/cms/xf_gamersweek06) which will take place during the Sweepstakes Period (as defined below). Directors, officers and employees of Sponsor, its parents, and any of their respective affiliate companies, subsidiaries, agents, professional advisors, advertising and promotional agencies, or any other person involved in the design, production, execution or distribution of the Sweepstakes, and the immediate families of each (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses) and those living in the same households are not eligible to enter the Sweepstakes or win any prizes. All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. The Sweepstakes offer is void in Florida and Rhode Island and where prohibited or restricted by law.

Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are binding and final in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all of the requirements set forth herein.

2. Sweepstakes Period and the Events.

The Sweepstakes shall commence at 8:00 pm Eastern Standard Time ("EST") on November 13, 2006, and shall end at 12:00 am EST on November 18, 2006 (the "Sweepstakes Period"). The Gamer's Week Gaming Event shall take place during the Sweepstakes Period and shall include 14 individual events (each an "Event" and collectively the "Events"), including:

(i) Counter-Strike 1.6 Event, taking place from 8pm to 12am EST, November 13th
(ii) A live chat with Team 3D, taking place from 8 pm to 9 pm EST, November 13th
(iii) Battlefield 2 Event, taking place from 8 pm to 12 am EST, November 14th
(iv) A live chat with Control Alt Delete, taking place from 8 pm to 9 pm EST, November 14th
(v) Call of Duty 2 Event, taking place from 8 pm to 12 am EST, November 15th
(vi) A live chat with Pure Pwnage, taking place from 8 pm to 9 pm EST, November 15th
(vii) A live chat with Gideon Yago, taking place from 9 pm to 10 pm EST, November 15th
(viii) Counter-Strike: Source Event, taking place from 8 pm to 12 am EST, November 16th
(ix)A live chat with PMS Clan, taking place from 8 pm to 9 pm EST, November 16th
(x) Counter-Strike 1.6 Event, taking place from 8 pm to 12 am EST, November 17th
(xi)Battlefield 2 Event, taking place from 8 pm to 12 am EST, November 17th

ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL TAXES, AND ANY OTHER COSTS, EXPENSES AND INCIDENTALS ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OR USE OF ANY PRIZES ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER.

Prizes are not transferable. No substitutions or exchanges (including for cash) of any prizes will be permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute a prize of equal or greater value for any prize. Limit one prize per household or address. All prizes are awarded "AS IS" and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied, (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose). Prizes returned as undeliverable or otherwise not claimed within fifteen (15) days after delivery of notification will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner to be chosen at random.

Xfire and the event managers will handle the prize allocation and shipping of each prize. Please DO NOT contact the pro team participants with respect to prize allocation or shipping.

4. How to Enter.

A qualified entrant will be an Xfire user with a registered account at www.xfire.com as of the start of the Sweepstakes Period. The Xfire software is free and can be downloaded at: http://www.xfire.com/download . In order to be eligible to win any Prize, you must be logged onto your Xfire registered account at the time of the drawing for such Prize (see Paragraph 6 of these Official Rules with respect to the timing of the drawings), and you must follow the instructions set forth below with respect to the relevant Event or Events taking place at the time of each drawing:

(1) To be eligible to win prizes drawn during events (i), (iii), (v), (viii), (x), (xi), (xii), (xiii), as described in Article 2, of the Xfire Gamer's Week Event, you must log onto your registered Xfire account prior to the relevant Event (or prior to the Sweepstakes Period) and add to your "friends list" any or all of the account names listed for each Event at http://www.xfire.com/cms/xf_gamersweek06.

To be eligible to be selected to participate in the Team 3D Chat (8pm to 9pm EST, November 13th), send an email to xfirecontests@xfire.com with the subject line "Team 3D Chat" and in the body of the email identify your Xfire username. If you are selected to participate in the Team 3D Chat, and you do participate, you will be eligible to win any prizes drawn during that Event.

To be eligible to be selected to participate in the Control Alt Delete Chat (8pm to 9pm EST, November 14th), send an email to xfirecontests@xfire.com with the subject line "CAD Chat" and in the body of the email identify your Xfire username. If you are selected to participate in the Control Alt Delete Chat, and you do participate, you will be eligible to win any prizes drawn during that Event.

To be eligible to be selected to participate in the Pure Pwnage Chat (8pm to 9pm EST, November 15th), send an email to xfirecontests@xfire.com with the subject line "Pure Pwnage Chat" and in the body of the email identify your Xfire username. If you are selected to participate in the Pure Pwnage Chat, and you do participate, you will be eligible to win any prizes drawn during that Event.

To be eligible to be selected to participate in the Gideon Yago Chat (9pm to 10pm EST, November 15th), send an email to xfirecontests@xfire.com with the subject line "Gideo Yago Chat" and in the body of the email identify your Xfire username. If you are selected to participate in the Gideon Yago Chat, and you do participate, you will be eligible to win any prizes drawn during that Event.

To be eligible to be selected to participate in the PMS Clan Chat (8pm to 9pm EST, November 16th), send an email to xfirecontests@xfire.com with the subject line "PMS Clan Chat" and in the body of the email identify your Xfire username. If you are selected to participate in the PMS Clan Chat, and you do participate, you will be eligible to win any prizes drawn during that Event.

To be eligible to be selected to participate in the Joystiq.com Chat (8pm to 9pm EST, November 17th), send an email to xfirecontests@xfire.com with the subject line "Joystiq Chat" and in the body of the email identify your Xfire username. If you are selected to participate in the Joystiq Chat, and you do participate, you will be eligible to win any prizes drawn during that Event.

Limited to one entry per household. Subsequent entries in the same day from the same person or Xfire account will be disqualified. In the event of a dispute concerning who submitted an entry, the entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the Authorized Account Holder of the e-mail account of the e-mail address corresponding to the Xfire account. The "Authorized Account Holder" is the natural person assigned the email address that corresponds to such person’s Xfire account, which email address is assigned by an Internet access provider, online services provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning the email address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being Authorized Account Holders. Once submitted, entries become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

5. Disclaimer.

Sponsor, all participating sponsors and any of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, professional advisors, employees and agencies will not be responsible for: (a) any late, lost, misrouted, garbled or distorted, damaged, illegible or incomplete transmissions or entries; (b) telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, Internet, or other computer- or communications-related malfunctions, failures or limitations of any kind; (c) any Sweepstakes disruptions, injuries, losses or damages caused by events beyond the control of Sponsor, including, without limitation, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials; or (d) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Sweepstakes. Mass entries or entries generated by a script, macro or use of automated devices will be disqualified. Entrant is responsible for online charges or fees incurred by it with any Internet Service Provider. Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. If Sponsor determines, in its sole discretion, that there is any suspected or actual tampering with the Sweepstakes or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right to void the entries at issue and/or terminate or modify the Sweepstakes and/or conduct a random drawing to award the prizes using all eligible, non-winning entries received as of the time of termination. Any attempt to deliberately damage the content or operation of this Sweepstakes is unlawful and subject to legal action.

6. Drawings of Winners; Odds of Winning; Notification of Winners.

Random drawings from among all eligible, non-winning registered users who are logged on at the times of the drawings (as detailed below) will be conducted by Xfire, Inc. or a sweepstakes administrator selected by Xfire, Inc. live during the events to award the Prizes as follows:

The decision of Sponsor is final in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

Odds of winning each prize depend upon the number of eligible, non-winning entrants who are logged on at the time of each drawing. There is a limit of one prize per household. Prize Winners will be notified either instantly via instant messenger following the drawings or otherwise by e-mail within fourteen (14) days after the drawings. To claim a prize, winners should follow the instructions contained in their e-mail notification or instant message notification (whichever is applicable). Prize winners must execute an Affidavit of Eligibility (as described below) before they can receive their Prize.

For residents of Canada to be declared a winner, he or she will be required to correctly answer, without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or otherwise, a mathematical, skill-testing question, which, in the Sponsors’ discretion, may be administered by email. If the skill-testing question is not administered and received back by the Sponsors within five (5) days from the date the entrant is selected and is notified with the applicable question, he or she will be disqualified, the prize forfeit and an alternate eligible entrant selected in his or her place.

If a potential winner cannot be reached after a reasonable effort has been exerted, if he/she is found to be ineligible, if he/she cannot or does not comply with these Official Rules, or if his/her prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable or is otherwise not claimed within fifteen (15) days after the delivery of notification, the potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate potential winner may be selected at random in Sponsor’s sole discretion.

7. Affidavit & Release.

As a condition of being awarded any prize, winners will be required to execute and have notarized and deliver to Sponsor a signed Affidavit of Eligibility, which includes an acceptance of these Official Rules and a release of liability, and any other documentation that Sponsor requires within fifteen (15) days of notification date, or such winner will be disqualified. If a winner is a resident of a state that deems him/her to be a minor, his/her parent or legal guardian must sign an Affidavit of Eligibility on his/her behalf and the prize may be awarded in the name of such parent or legal guardian. By returning the completed Affidavit of Eligibility, winner attests to the authenticity of his/her winning entry. YOU ARE NOT A WINNER UNTIL YOUR SUBMISSIONS ARE VALIDATED.

8. Collection of Information.

Each winner will be required to submit his/her name, e-mail address, and state of residence. This information will only be used to contact you and to ship your prize. Sponsor will not sell, rent or otherwise transfer this information to any third party, nor will Sponsor use this information for marketing purposes without your consent. The Sweepstakes is not open to anyone under the age of fourteen (14). In the event that you are under the age of fourteen (14) years and submit Entry Materials to Sponsor, Sponsor will delete, erase or destroy any and all personally identifiable information that is obtained from the Entry Materials.

9. General Release.

By entering the Sweepstakes, you release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor (i.e., Xfire Inc.), participating sponsors and any of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agencies (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any liability whatsoever, and waive any and all causes of action, related to any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind, either at law or in equity, whether known or unknown, arising out of or in connection with the Sweepstakes or delivery, misdelivery, acceptance, possession, use of or inability to use any prize (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses and damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light, whether intentional or unintentional), whether under a theory of contract, tort (including negligence), warranty or other theory.

10. Winners List/Rules Request.

For a copy of the rules or for a copy of the winners list, send a stamped, self-addressed, business-size envelope before June 30, 2006 to Sponsor at the following address: "Gamer's Week Xfire Game Event" - Winners List, c/o Xfire 200 Middlefield Rd., Ste. 200 Menlo Park, CA 94025. To obtain a copy of these rules, send a stamped, self-addressed business-size envelope to Sponsor at the following address: "Gamer's Week Xfire Game Event" c/o Xfire 200 Middlefield Rd., Ste. 200 Menlo Park, CA 94025. Residents of WA and VT may omit return postage.

11. Copyright Notice.

12. Miscellaneous.

The Sweepstakes and these Official Rules will be governed, construed and interpreted under the laws of the United States. Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right to change these Official Rules at any time, in its sole discretion, and to suspend or cancel the Sweepstakes or any entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes should viruses, bugs, unauthorized human intervention or other causes beyond Sponsor's control affect the administration, security or proper play of the Sweepstakes or Sponsor otherwise becomes (as determined in its sole discretion) incapable of running the Sweepstakes as planned. Entrants who violate these Official Rules, tamper with the operation of the Sweepstakes or engage in any conduct that is detrimental or unfair to Sponsor, the Sweepstakes or any other entrant (in each case as determined in Sponsor's sole discretion) are subject to disqualification from entry into the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to lock out persons whose eligibility is in question or who have been disqualified or are otherwise ineligible to enter the Sweepstakes. 13. Sweepstakes Sponsor.

Sponsor of the Sweepstakes is XFIRE, INC. (200 Middlefield Rd., Ste. 200 Menlo Park, CA 94025), a Delaware corporation and unit of Viacom Inc. (referred to herein as "Sponsor").
