Xfire Combat Arms Europe 10-Day Bootcamp Event & Contest Rules

Dell XPS 430 Gaming PC & 20" Monitor, to be provided by NEXON to the winner of the Grand Prize. Delays are possible due to shipping times. In case the system is out of stock or in other ways unavailable, the provider reserves the right to change the system to one that as closely as possible corresponds to the advertised prize.

Two (2) Winners - Gold Tier Prizes: 30 or more Hours:

Dell G2210 22" Widescreen LCD Monitor
Delays due to shipping may occur.
In the case that the monitor is out of stock, or otherwise unavailable, the provider reserves the right to change the prize to one similar to the one advertised. 


Fifteen (15) Silver Tier Prizes: 20 or more Hours:

At random, one of the following products will be rewarded to the winning user.
Razer DeathAdder Gaming Mouse with Razer Goliathus gaming mousepad
or
Razer Carcharias gaming headset
or
Razer Arctosa gaming keyboard

Users will not be allowed to chose the prize for themselves, and in case any of the products are temporarily out of stock, or otherwise unavailable, the provider reserves the right to delay shipment or substitute products. The provider does not guarantee that the keyboard is available in a version corresponding to the land of the user, in regards to keyboard layout.

Thirty (30) Special Tier Prizes: Random

During the ten days of the Bootcamp, three (3) users will be randomly selected each day and awarded with a Gift Code, worth 10 euros, to be exchanged for the in game currency of Combat Arms, Nexon Cash. Delays in delivery of the gift codes may occur.


Contest 2: Play Combat Arms Europe during the Pro Night (April 5th 2009 - 19.00 CEST to 22.00 CEST) and join an Official Xfire Combat Arms Europe Pro Night Clan (as provided on event website). Users must stay signed in to Xfire during the Pro Night event, as well as after it to be able to receive the prizes. Thirty winners will be chosen at random during the event.


Thirty (30) Pro Night Prizes:

Thirty users will be randomly selected during, or after, the Pro Night Event, and each will be rewarded with 20,000 Nexon Cash, the in game currency of Combat arms.

Delays in delivery of the in game currency may occur.


 
EVENTS:
Events are sponsored by NEXON Europe Limited (“NEXON”). The events are governed by these official rules. By participating in an event, each entrant agrees to these official rules, including all eligibility requirements, and understands that the results of the event are final in all respects. The event is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.

ELIGIBILITY:
You must have a connection to the internet and an e-mail account prior to the first date of this event. The event is open to all users able to play Combat Arms Europe, living within Europe. All entrants must be at least 13 years old or older to participate. Void where restricted, taxed, or prohibited by law. Employees of NEXON and its affiliates, its dealers, its advertising and promotional agencies, in judging organization, manufacturers or distributors for the event materials and their immediate families in the same household are not eligible. Nexon reserves the right to verify the eligibility of each winner.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
Any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this event, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by arbitration. NEXON reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend any part or all of the event should virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond the control of sponsor corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness, or proper play of the event. In such case NEXON may award prizes in a random drawing from all eligible entries received up to the date of cancellation or suspension. NEXON and its promotion and advertising agencies are not responsible for technical, hardware, software, or telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, fraud, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions whether caused by NEXON,  users, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the promotion or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions which may damage a user’s system or limit a participant’s ability to participate in the promotion. NEXON may prohibit an entrant from participating in the event or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the event by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair playing practices (including the use of automated quick entry programs), or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other entrants or Sponsor representatives.

 
CAUTION:
ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE EVENT MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, NEXON RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY’S FEES) FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.
