Event: The Xfire Challenge
To Enter:
Log on to www.xfire.com during the Event Period and attempt to complete the challenge sets (1-6) found at www.xfire.com/challenge. The challenge sets are arranged by level of difficulty from "Piece of Cake" to "Ludicrous", starting simple and getting progressively harder.
To be eligible for prizing you must complete and answer correctly, 4 out of 5 challenge questions in each challenge set before 11:59PM PST, June 15th, 2009 (Promotion Period End)
Completing multiple challenge sets is both allowed and encouraged. It is possible to win more than one prize.
Correctly completing any challenge set will enter you into the random drawing for One (1) of Two (2) Grand Prizes.
You will be asked to provide your Xfire username and email address at the end of each challenge set.

Events are sponsored by Xfire, Inc ("Xfire") of Menlo Park, CA, iBUYPOWER Computer ("IBUYPOWER") of El Monte, CA, Antec Inc. ("ANTEC") of Fremont, CA, Razer USA Ltd. ("RAZER") of Carlsbad, CA, and J!NX ("J!NX") of Poway, CA. This event is governed by these official rules. By participating in the event, each entrant agrees to these official rules, including all eligibility requirements, and understands that the results of the event are final in all respects. The event is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.
ELIGIBILITY:
You must have a connection to the internet and an e-mail account prior to the first date of this event. The event is open to all Xfire users at Xfire.com. All entrants must be at least 13 years old or older to participate. Void wherever restricted, taxed or prohibited by law. Employees of Xfire, and iBUYPOWER, Antec, Razer, and J!NX and their affiliates, dealers, advertising and promotional agencies, judging organizations, manufacturers, or distributors of the event materials and their immediate families in the same household are not eligible. Xfire, and iBUYPOWER, Antec, Razer, and J!NX reserve the right to verify the eligibility of each winner
PRIZE WINNER ANNOUNCEMENTS:
Winners will be individually notified via their registered Xfire email address. Xfire requires email and shipping addresses for all "physical" prizes. Winning prizes will not be shipped until shipping addresses are verified. In the event a winner does not or cannot accept the prize for any reason within fourteen (14) days after being notified by Xfire by email that he/she is the winner or any efforts to deliver the Prize to a winner by Xfire has failed because of an incorrect email or mailing address, his/her prize will be forfeited. Xfire is not responsible for delivery schedules, times, or accuracy and you hold Xfire harmless for shipped but not delivered prizes. Xfire protects the privacy of their users. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
Any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this event, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by arbitration. XFIRE and IBUYPOWER, ANTEC, RAZER AND J!NX reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel, change, or suspend any part or all of this event should virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond the control of sponsor, corrupt, impair the administration, security, fairness, or proper play of the event. In such case, XFIRE and IBUYPOWER, ANTEC, RAZER AND J!NX may, in their sole and absolute discretion, award prizes in a random drawing from all eligible entries received up to the date of cancellation or suspension. XFIRE and IBUYPOWER, ANTEC, RAZER AND J!NX and its promotion and advertising agencies are not responsible for technical, hardware, software or telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, fraud, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions whether caused by the XFIRE and IBUYPOWER, ANTEC, RAZER AND J!NX, users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the promotion or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions which may damage a user's system or limit a participant's ability to participate in the promotion. XFIRE and IBUYPOWER, ANTEC, RAZER AND J!NX may prohibit an entrant from participating in the event or winning a prize if, in their sole discretion, they determine that said entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the event by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair playing practices (including the use of automated quick entry programs), or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrants or Sponsor representatives.
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE EVENT MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, XFIRE and IBUYPOWER, ANTEC, RAZER AND J!NX RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY'S FEES) FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.
