Answer: This is a ongoing task and new ways are being developed to combat the increase in botting activities.

Answer: We introduced a lot of methods to detect bots more easily, and a new reporting-system just starts to prove, that it's working. We surely keep an eye on this, and one thing is for sure: WE DISLIKE BOTS!

Answer: While we do understand, that Bots are a problem, and we're doing alot against them, there are certain things that must be understood - To work efficiently, the Bot-Reporting-Tools should be used, that makes it easier for us. GA's themselves are there for players and their questions, and cannot fight bots (or not different to a normal player).

Answer: the game has inbuilt ways to encourage the nation balancing, an overpopulated nation will recieve less honour on war maps and less WEXP in TG, also it'll be much harder to enter TG that will encourage ppl to pick the less populated nation, The NPC that gives the quest also recomends you to join the less populated nation

Answer: The guild boards are already added but have to be tweaked a bit to work properly, other guild functions will come at a later update

Answer: yes according to the patch preview the alz quests will be replaced by honour quests, for more detailed information you should wait for the final official patch notes

You will find someone there who will help you diagnose and repair your problem, this is not a general issue and very few are affected by it.

Answer: Yes we are steadily adding staff to the support suite to get it under control once and for all, we are on a massive clear up at the moment which means with staffing levels increased we will be able to maintain a much improved service to you guys

Answer: It's hard to control that - People are "creative" it's it about circumventing any kind of spam-control and such.

Answer: Currently there isnt a better option than gameguard but extra specialist measures built into the game are always being improoved to compliment the game protection features. Currently we have less issues in Cabal Europe than NA / BR who are using a different system, with the additional features in place and additional tools at the GMs disposal cheating and 3rd party tool use will decline.

Answer: There is no need at present for GAL's to be able to do this. As we grow this could change but it is not planned at the moment

Answer: A lot of the time new ideas come from our playerbase, all suggestions are sent to the developers for assessment, some players come up with some pretty ingenius plots :)

Answer: Depends on what the cause for the block is. There are some automatical methods, that are done serverside, also there are some Bots being banned by our "investigation team", and surely those accounts of people are getting blocked, that just misbehave in the game.

But is that real fun? For me it starts when i just hang out with others, do some quests together, or just go on war and kill someone ;P

Answer: MMORPG's were my hobby for a very long time (~12 years now). While i actually never planned to enter the gaming-industry, i joined some games-related forums. I ended up being the head of a big (german) free2play-website, just as a fan, voluntarily, writing articles and such. That's how i once met Kru and his fellows. As i stopped working there, i told Kru about it, and a few days later i started working for Games-Masters.com

Answer: The main skills for all classes are different excluding some (mostly magic) skills that are common for more then 1 class. If players choose to use those same skills thats their own choice.

Answer: we don;t ban players from other countrıes but lıke you saıd there ıs an ıp block and thıs wıll be constantly updated we just own the lıcence for cabal europe

Answer: All latin american countries are allowed to play the Brazil version, just as all european countries play in the Europe version, this will not change as it was thought out carefully before it was launched

Answer: we added new maps wirth more dungeons and skills etc in February. cabal is constantly evolving and we expect to see more dungeons in the future but we don't have a time/date yet

Answer: My longest run was ~32 hours straight, and yes, I was a wreck after that. The "problem" when being GM is, that a game doesn't shut down at 4pm, thus we're more likely working longer than actually expected... 80 hours/week is not rare.
