Now in *BETA*, Xfire Webgame Detection allows you to track hours on your profile from a number of popular browser-based games! *BETA* Webgame Detection is currently supported by PseudoQuest, DarkOrbit, and Seafight.
Xfire is an instant messenger for gamers that allows users to keep track of gameplay hours in "traditional" PC games, as well as connect with friends, share their gameplay experiences, and more! Webgame detection expands this out into the webgame realm, by allowing users to track their playtime on popular web-based games. A player's friends will all see which webgame they're playing, and the total playtime will be tracked on their website. For Xfire Webgame Detection to work, you must be logged in to the Xfire.com website and the Xfire client program as well as the game you are playing (if applicable; not all webgames require you to log in). If you are a webgame developer or games portal webmaster with a completed web-based game online, you can submit your game to Xfire for review to have it tracked on your players' Xfire profiles.
