Well, lets try this on for size. Getting an xfire profile of our clan might help with contact issues ^_^ anyone who has xfire can get in touch instantly via this!
Here's the deal. If you got in touch with each other via this, then behave yourselves and dont fuss fight and argue. We need to stay connected, so here's the deal. You get harassed, tell them not to talk to you anymore. If they persist, post it on the forums. If they still persist, report it to an admin and we'll make them shut up. I want to avoid blocking and deleting whenever possible because we need to stay connected. If it cant be helped it cant be helped, but we need to be connected as best possible.
