Thank you for your ticket. We have received your ticket indicating your problem with cheating in this match.

First, you need to report the correct outcome of the match. If you dispute the match on purpose, you risk being banned for 1 month.

Reporting the correct outcome means that if you lost the match in-game but have an issue with the opponent such as cheating, lag, etc, you must FIRST report your loss to prevent disputing the match. If you have already disputed, you MUST go change the scores so that you are not purposely disputing the match. Our Admins will be able to review the problem and reverse the outcome of the match if needed.

As soon as you have proof to support your cheating accusation, please re-submit your ticket to this same category of Match: Opponent Cheating. When you are able to provide us with this proof, we will be happy to help you. Please note that without valid proof, we cannot assist you with this issue.

If, for some reason, you decide to cancel the match, both teams should post in the feedback for the match stating you would like to cancel. In addition, both teams must submit a ticket under the category of Match: Cancellation Request asking for the match to be cancelled.

This was less than helpful. Is this how Game Battles resolves their complaints? I took the appropriate steps to make sure that this stops and to have my GamerTag removed from wherever it is added and I get shit on. I wanted professional assistance and got nothing. If anyone here has any kind of REAL assistance, please let me know because as of right now I am ready to report anyone for any reason what-so-ever. This is not acceptable and if the admins at Game Battles refuse to assist me, I will just start reporting everyone who challenges me on Xbox Live. Since Microsoft actually listens to complaints. Any contact on Xbox Live at this point is harassment and Microsoft will ban those accounts.

Let me break down the reply from the GB Admin.

I need to report the correct outcome from the match. Simple, it never happened. I have a Silver account on Xbox Live right now so there is no way for a match to even happen.

If you dispute the match on purpose, you will be banned for one month. Of course I am disputing the match on purpose. You think I care about being banned? As of last week, I never even had an account here!

I need to report the scores? Do you guys even read these tickets that are filed? There. Was. No. Match. Period. It is kind of hard for me to have a match if I don't even have an account. Duh.

I need proof that the opponent was cheating? How about NO FLIPPIN ACCOUNT ON GAME BATTLES!? Does that qualify?

Cancel the match? I have a better idea; here is a wall. At this point, head needs to get a nice formal (or informal) introduction to said wall.
