BF 1942

I finally got a chance to reinstall Battlefield 1942, the game that started my career!

For a game that was launched in 2002, it really set the bar high, even for games today. The Single player was addictively simple, yet detailed enough to set most trolling the abandoned homes and scouting out new ways of exploiting the large-scale maps for online play.

The online play was simple, effective and above all addictive. You dont want to stop. You dont have to stop. There were thousands of servers at its peak and that peak is only now climaxing! Now; Servers are starting to fade away as providers are maxing out their bandwidth with newer Online Games and gamers are begining to forget the old fps.

As far as my stake in the franchise goes, as of Late-02/Early-03:
I was the 3rd ranked player in North America and from then on I was officially on my way to gaining sponsorships and endorsesments.

End part 1

Why Far Cry? Why>?

So today I started up Far Cry 2 on the Sword and to pu tit bluntly: I better go unwrap another 9800GTX+ ..... Cause it chugged....

Needless to say, I need to OC everything a little bit further.

EDIT! I just realized I only had a gig of DDR3 onboard, cause of some recent reworkings etc...

So I'll fix that and report//
