Someone crashed our Clan Site!

Today we found out that someone had attacked our MOHAA site at www.clan69.com and our Admins are currently working on the problem. All Members or visitors are urged to use our COD site at www.mefclan.com which is the site that we will be using until this problem can be fixed. Here is an statement from Sgt. Taylor explaining what happened.....
"NOTE TO ALL MOHAA CLAN69.COM FIGHTING 69TH INFANTRY DIVISION MEMBERS: If you are unable to log into this site using your username and password from www.clan69.com - PLEASE create a new account so that we will be able to add you to the restored site when we have completed the restoration. Our backups from the other site will be out dated and you will either need to register here now or on the normal site when it is functioning again.
We can all thank the person with the IP: 89.5.249.7 that traces back to Saudi Arabia for crashing our site".
We will have to use our back-up from the site which is from February 2008. Thats means that we lost a MAJOR amount of important info from the site. I don't get why people need to crash sites/servers.
