Extreme Conditioning and You

Before a few days ago, the last time I had come into contact with the extreme conditioning perk was 2007, when I was still using default classes. As you can imagine, I was eager enough to move on to more glamorous perks like dead silence, iron lungs, and (gulp!) last stand and martyrdom. Playing around with my classes now, though, I've come across the hidden treasure that is ExCon. While I thought it would give you 1.5-2x sprint time maximum, it seems to exceed triple the normal running distance. This is great for S&D games where you need to get somewhere early on. Since most players use dead silence instead, they're conditioned to think you'll only be so far in the map at a certain time. They'll get a rude awakening to that fact soon enough. All in all, ExCon is a great underestimated perk, especially when combined with an SMG or clays. nothing stings more than getting hit in what you though was a safe zone, by a blockade runner and his mines.
Pwned by the US of A

In the first episode of piracy against America since 1825, a crisis in the Gulf of Aden unfolded with the United States (again) coming out on top. The series of events is as follows:
1. 4 Somalian pirates, armed with AK-47s and Rocket-Propelled Grenades attack and seize the USS Maersk-Alabama.
2. The crew uses brute force to retake the ship unarmed from their armed opponents, capturing one of the 4 pirates.
3. The captain, Richard Phillips, convinced the remaining 3 pirates to take him hostage aboard a lifeboat, effectively freeing the rest of the crew. The 4th pirate was taken into USN custody.
4. In the dead of night, a team of Navy SEALs is parachuted, with sniper rifles and inflatable rafts, into the water near the lifeboat.
5. The SEALs open fire on the pirates, who stuck their heads up like total noobs, killing all 3 with headshots.
6. With three pirates dead and the fourth in custody, the US Navy shows once again that it is America, not Britannia, who rules the waves.
