Today I have started studying the life long works of the great Norweigian philantropist Arn0ld Fedupski. In great detail the author explains his journeys into self fulfilment with marital aide - the dyson.

I have tried his first few chapters of advice, hopwever i am not quite skilled enough to perform everything as detailed in the book.

After the brusiing subsided and the rash has less fire I was able to walk again.

Next week i will move into the journals of Yonaas Madmaan - his working title life as an asshole without booze - is somthing that really intrigues
