Yeah, but look at any Sport. Golf is golf and will always be golf, but you still have endless hours of TV devoted to it with it's many analysts, commentators, etc. There is plenty of room for discussing video games. Just look for the story, not the review.

I could tell you all about Operation Flashpoint. I could tell you it is a FPS military Sim game. I could tell you about the graphics, how many vehicles and weapons there are. I could tell you what computer hardware you would need to run it, but anyone can do that. But only I can tell you about my experience in the game. Hopping in a jeep with Epic on the MG racing down the hill to the OPFOR's flag. Jumping out and grabbing the flag while Epic lays down the cover fire. The thrill of making a run for it back to base to cap. That is the discussion to have that is still worth having.
