Habilitar Grand Chase Latino en xfire
2011-05-13 8:59 PM PDT
Code:

[5312_2]
LongName=Grand Chase
ShortName=grdchsn
LauncherDirKey=HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\Grand Chase\UninstallString
LauncherDirTruncAt=Uninstall.exe
LauncherExe=grandchase.exe
DetectExe=main.exe
Launch=%UA_LAUNCHER_EXE_PATH% %UA_LAUNCHER_EXTRA_ARGS% %UA_LAUNCHER_NETWORK_ARGS%
InGameRenderer=D3D9
InGameFlags=VALIDATE_USING_EXE_NAME|DISABLE_DIRECT_INPUT_HOOK|DISABLE_RELEASE|USE_PRESENT|ENABLE_MOUSE|USE_DINPUT_MOUSE
DetectServer=False
RunElevated=1

Code:

[5679_3]
LongName=Operation 7
ShortName=oprt7
LauncherDirKey=HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\LIN\OPERATION7\1.000\Path
LauncherExe=CLauncher.exe
DetectExe=OPERATION7.exe
Launch=%UA_LAUNCHER_EXE_PATH% %UA_LAUNCHER_EXTRA_ARGS% %UA_LAUNCHER_NETWORK_ARGS%
InGameRenderer=D3D9
InGameFlags=USE_PRESENT|ENABLE_MOUSE|USE_DINPUT_MOUSE
RunElevated=1

• Windows 7 Professional
• Windows Starter (cualquier versión, XP, Vista, 7)
No funciona:

Si tienen otro Windows y prueban este código, avisen para saber si funciona o no, y trataré de modificarlo para que lo haga.

Good bye Bright Shadow
2010-09-03 2:14 PM PDT
It's been like 5 months that a friend of mine told me to play BS with her, and now, Sept 3, we say goodbye to one of our beloved games.
Bright Shadow is a massive online rol playing game, or MMORPG for gamers. It has a great skill system, using an extra bar called SP, Master&Apprentice system, and an enhancement system based on the exp points allocation, showing off as good Pros.
Inthe side of CONS, we have a too accurate pointing cursor, wich in many cases, don't let you target fast a mob that is attacking you or pick up a drop that you can barely see.
Whenever i logged in to the game, at start it had two servers in the main cluster "Fallen Angel", and later only 1 server; wheter it was day or night, noon or morning, I didn't get to see more than 10 people get in my way, and exception is the town of Meteor Pit, where there was a market to buy 'n sell stuff from other players.

Anyway, I just managed to get lvl 28 and Arimy over 60, but the good time we spended in this game will worth, and all that rest is to say goodbye, and good-die, to Bright Shadow

To heck with launchers
2010-02-15 10:39 AM PST
Have you downloaded a game, installed and waited it to update, to figure out that you need to download some other stuff to make it work??? I do. When my dear friend (i address to her as "pretty girl" asked me to play Gunz with her, i doubted it for a while... The last time i downloaded it to play before that time, i had several issues with the installer and game itself (GameGuard error, update error, etc) so after hesitating a bit I directed to the official page http://gunz.ijji.com and saw that i had to download the Game launcher Reactor (another download!?!?)an the firm that launcher download the game (finally!!), installed and WOW IT WORKED!.
So i began to train its difficult to me gameplay mode [i'm a easy finger for shooters u know ]
At the next day i launched it again (since i cant start it from xfire darn Reactor ¬¬) and anew the problems started again...

Moral of the story: I hate dedicated launchers

XFire & 3rd party services
2009-12-07 5:09 AM PST
In the last updates, xfire has integrated the messenger system with some other social networks, like AOL(i think is that), MSN Live & Twitter.
I have my own love & hate stories with these addons, like that Xtwit (nice name isnt it?) almost post every minute the game that im playing or my status, creating a flood that arshes my tweets and not only that, also my facebook acc and maybe something else, because i have all that stuff linked.
Maybe i'll should post that "bug" in the forums, but who says i have to claim to devs , and shout my mouth to others???

Free games... Part 2
2008-11-28 3:55 AM PST
Lately, a bunch of MMO (Massive Multiplayer Online) games had sprouding trough the net. Last day, i found a game i´ve never figured out it could came to the world play: Pokémon World Online; and the best part is that i found it here in Xfire, tough it doesn't has support for XIG yet it reminds me the time i ever first played Pokémon Red in Game Boy (and i still have it).
Haven't tested it yet, but the one i did is called Pirates of the Caribean Online, a supposedly "FREE" game... well, actually it is free: fre to download, free to play for 7 days at full screen and free to dump it when u´re done with it. A game that doesn't respect the rules of any MMORPG game,and less the ones for Free Games, if you dont buy full user account u gotta play like this:
- Use a small, banner plagued window
- Use of only two character spaces (full can use 5 or 6, idk)
- Very, very limited ingame comercial activity (u can only buy two weapons!!!)
- Follow of the main quest to lvl (forget about sidequests)
- Use of less than half of the skills u can get.

That's my thoughts about this game... I think even Tibia has more stuff than this Disney's game, but the only thing u can get from it, is the naval battles! awesome play.

hope haven't bothered u
see ya and remember to post.-

Latinamerican players
2008-10-26 7:24 PM PDT
PARA LA VERSIÓN EN ESPAÑOL, PEDIR EN COMENTARIOS
***********************************************
Many players that uses XFIRE come from USA and Europe, like England and Germany to mention some. But what I really have missed of is the latinamerican players, yes, the ones that speak that damned language called 'spanish' and that gives you a C in class.
As for me, I am from Chile and I just have seen around like two people out there from my continent, yes, my CONTINENT, and one of them was chilean too.
I hope that the XFIRE main page will soon be translated to other languages, because a lot of online games lovers are missing a tool that comes in handy for a lot, even for those LAN parties i am used to.

Free games...
2008-06-10 9:25 AM PDT
Para la versión en español, favor de dejar comentario.
***********************************************
If u are using XFIRE, maybe u have already noticed it, but for the ones who are just adventuring in the MMO (massively multiplayer online) games, you can just find a lot of free to play games that doesn't have any or little limitations.
i.e, i play FEAR multiplayer (all maps to play online); Flyff (free to play, pay for premium artifacts) TrackMania Nations Forever (free racing game, pay for new types of racing areas) and StepMania CVS (totally free dancing game).
Naturally, most of the games are RPG style, creating a free to play game where u can do almost anything u want with very few exceptions (Tibia has special zones to premium players only), and fiving the user the option to buy premium accounts or items that grant new abilities, costumes or to enter certain zones for limited time (i.e: Azria ticket/Flyff).

as for me, if a game is just as good to get me on it, testing me to be even more skilled and offering the best stuff u can like and afford, then maybe i would think about spending some real money in a fantasy world.

on-line games in LA
2008-01-22 8:20 PM PST
by LA I don't mean Los Angeles, I refer to Latin-America. Recently, in Brasil, CS (counter Strike) has just been banned with a very high infraction for those who keeps playing it. Here, in Chile, things don't change too much: instead of banning games, the ISP's are closing ports for "security reasons". Please recognize it, that's crap. this people don't want us to use their services for p2p and some other stuff.
The lag is horrible for the online games and don't talk about MMO, they are just as slow like trying to play Q3A in an atari.
Well, that is for everyone except for our lucky friends who had internet with Telefonica del Sur, their minimum band is 5MB so, they can't complaint.

well, i just have to keep with my 300kbps for a while... and pray tha the law goes for real broadband
