Starting from v0.9, due to the community feedback, IP is going to be ''divided'' into two separate installations - Full Edition and Lite Edition.

While Lite Edition ''only'' got environment overhaul that should satisfy most of the crowd out there and give them countless hours of fun, Full Edition aims a bit higher. In short, added features like TDU2 GPS map, new GPS hud, IP TDU menu, IP car plate... will give this 4 year old game breath of fresh air. General overhaul will most likely keep you entertained long enough till the real deal, TDU2 come out in few months. And that's not all, as we continue to go toward v1.0, Full Edition will get even more features! So stay tuned!

First, navigate to x:\Program Files\Sierra\SWAT 4\ContentExpansion\Textures and copy X.utx file there.
Then, go to x:\Program Files\Sierra\SWAT 4\ContentExpansion\CustomSkins and copy X.skn file there

x - location where you have your game installed
X - name of the file

Replace older versions (if you have any) with new ones.



That's it!

Why so serious? Let's put a smile on that face... with this Joker replica skin for SWAT 4 - TSS.



A lot of hours (and patience) went on making this skin. I've tried to make it look as good as possible, and as near to Joker outfit in The Dark Knight movie. But be aware, outdated SWAT4 engine (powered by Unreal Engine 2.0) and other game limitations prevented it to be 100% accurate and 100% eye candy. I'm very happy with the way it looks. This is (at the moment) my favorite skin.

Please notice that this is just a custom skin. It's not a model.

As you already know, custom skin is ONLY visible if you have that particular skin file. So, that means that in order others to see it, they must have this files on their PC's also.
It's only 394KB, so it ain't that hard to transfer it (over X-Fire for example) or directly (NEW!) via download link (located above).

I'll explain in detail where do you need to copy those 2 files.
