Darkfall, I do not know the background story. It is you, on your one charactor, grinding you skills, any skills in the game or all skills in the game. FPS style game play; bow, magic staff, polearm, axe, sword.....you get the point.

Death is for real, you lose your armor, weapons, arrows, anything on you at the time. ....So you go out mining iron ore, or you go out looking for someone who is mining iron ore. Will you come home with iron ore or won't you?

Kill people in your own race and you are marked as a rogue. Anyone can kill you on site and you will die from tower fire if you go to a major city. No worries you are not alone, whole cities are made for those who have gone rogue. If you are in a major battle it can happen even to the nicest of us...killing your own race....

Build a clan, then built a hamlet, then move and build a city, build it on the sea and add a fleet of ships to that city.

Sound like fun, it is. But do not count on getting it done fast, never happen. You still need to plan your character well and grind grind grind, at the higher levels it is up to you what you have perfected.
