More BSOD problems....

Vista is not compatible enough! Damn thing keeps giving me a KERNEL_IN_PAGE_MEMORY error. Doesn't even restart my machine for me!

Ok, Vista and Xfire will run side by side when I play JK2 or RepCom. I can take screenshots and use in-game chat functions. It still won't work in Battlefront or Cossacks II, however.
Another thing: I chose the British Army in Cossacks II - so could some-one please explain to me why, during the Napoleonic Wars, I have an American general?
At the time, America was 16 years old (founded in 1776, Napoleonic Wars 1792-1815), and yet, my CO has a ridiculously strong American accent.
Game designers should read up on their history before they make themselves look stupid again.

Its been a while.....
A lot has happened for me in the past few weeks. I won't bore with details. Let's just say that Life Is Good.
Windows Vista is, officially, the WORST OS for gaming - EVER. Windows 3.1 could do a better job of it. Vista is too secure for its own good, and likes games to a varying degree: I can play games like JK2 and RepCom with no problems (apart from the odd freezing of the entire machine, much to my frustration), but BF STILL has to be run in a window, because Xfire's in-game chat and Vista don't work in harmony when Battlefront is involved.....
