Details for a clan in Halo: Combat Evolved

I, Spartan_118, had a clan on Halo CE. It was a great clan. On our clan page, it said we had 19 members. The clan is dead and really we only had one. I'm looking to start a clan that is decent and in order. I want members who will participate and always be there for the clan. The clan will be like their family. I want leaders who know how to lead. Ones I can trust: Ones that can trust themselves and be responsible for their own actions. This clan must be the clan everyone wants to be in because of the spirit. Not just to play a role as another person in a clan. This clan should be the best it can be no questions asked. I am looking for leaders and later the leaders can discuss a clan name. If you want to try for a leader position you must prove you can be on xfire as much as possible. In conclusion I hope you are willing to help me start a clan to die for.
