Ive been waiting months for the 'FPS2.' shooter to come out and it finally came about a week ago. In its limmited edition Tin Case. It looks so fucking sweet!
So i rip open the wrapping! and throw the disc in the drive and begin the installation process. It took forever but i was expecting it and it gave me time to look through the Gamer Manual and see if they give any tips on killing the 'Big Daddy'. Nowt!.

Anyway finally installed, i turn to Dave (Paddy) who's sitting next to me playing Alien Vs. Predator to and blow a rasbery as Bioshock loads.

Expecting a massive Wicked cool into i saw nothing but the production teams logos followed by a Amazing looking menu with just a taste of the amazing Bioshock water effects we where promised.

I click on new Game and Held on tight!

The intro begins as im sitting on a plane, i look about as the other passenagers and the hostess whos walking up the passage with her food trolley when suddently turbulance throws her to her feet and there is screaming and Panic as the screen goes black.

The screaming continues through the blackness as i hear a loud splash followed by the sound of rough sea waves. But the screen is still black! a minute goes by and still the Cries of pain can be hurd but BLACK!

Panicing slightly i move the mouse and touch the forward key (W) suddenly theres a gasp for air as im guessing my character moves above the water. only to see ... Blackness! and a Circle of Flames around me..
Moving the mouse made the waves dissapear .. im worried by now... moving to the main menu i notice i cant see the cursor.. making the movement around the menu screen extremly complex.
Dave happly Taps me on the shoulder .. holding the Bioshock Game Case .. Thrusting the Spec in my face ... i notice that my computer is more than qualified ... apart from i needed 128mb of Ram for my videocard!
Fuck!
I quit the game .. and Cried ..

Looks like ive now got to wait a little (fucking understatment) longer to play Bioshock
