Well, not yet, but in a couple days from this post it will be. Current features include:
Popup blocker, easy favorites, tabs, and the ability to search wikipedia, and web/image/video on yahoo, google, and windows live. You can also search dictionary.com all from one toolbar! (And the standard buttons on IE)
