God bless you Mr Zaidi!

You have been brave enough to oppose a man, who openly would emulate Hitler. You have opposed his murder of men, women, and children in pursuit of his own selfish interests under a propaganda cause, and you have been imprisoned for it, such is the sad state of justice. I would like to see you forgiven and acquitted, but know that your actions have brought the attention of the world to gaze upon this Hitler of our age, and know our prayers are with you.

Intrigue on Parliment Hill (Canada)
2008-12-03 8:50 PM PST
The opposition in Canada is teaming up to take down the people's legally elected government, not even 2 months after it happened. This has been plotted since the beginning, and it is sick that the government, albeit, the opposition, should be able to stand against what the Canadian people voted as the most competent man to lead the country.

Government is dictatorship, people is democracy.

Not only that, but Gilles Duceppe, the notorious Bloc Quebecios leader, and a known seperatist, would be catapulted into an incredibly dangerous position for a seperatist to hold: Some of the highest posts in government.

The Canadian people will not tolerate this, nor shall I. Pack up youre bags you sore losers, and get out of parliment if you can't take the new PM. He's still incompetent, but obviously, the Canadian people feel he is far better equipped to handle the economy than three former marxists.

Remember...
2008-11-10 4:29 PM PST
The 11th hour, of the eleventh day, of the eleventh month, the guns went silent on the western front, and one of the greatest butcheries in human history came to an end.

Years later, another butchery began, but this time, it was a conflict of totalitarianism vs all that the democracies of the world hold dear. The nation's call went up, and it was heeded. Men marched off, some never to return, and us, we must never forget what they gave us.

"We the dead give you the torch, be yours to hold it high. But lest you forget, we shall not sleep, though poppies grow in flander's fields." - John McCrae

Omar Khadr, And Wo0tage OBAMANATION!!!!!...
2008-11-05 3:29 PM PST
I am Canadian.
I am horrified by the open use of torture by the American government, supposedly by a people who value liberty and freedom above all else. Omar Khadr's detainment has been nothing of the sort, and he only serves to reinforce the fact that you only get to live the American dream, but only if you are good enough. It is no longer a word of opportunity, as it once was to the downtrodden, the oppressed, and the forgotten peoples of the world.

These are methods used by fascists, dictators, cultists, and terrorists themselves. These are not the means of a modern democratic society, which should have abandoned these bohemian rituals long ago. Hitler, Stalin, Franco, Pinochet, Lenin, Mao, these are the people whom should claim these methods as thiers, not the Americans.

Omar Khadr must be released, so he can tell the world of the torture he underwent in American captivity, and so he can show the world the true face of America.

To all americans I charge this: Stop the torture. If you stand by idly while your government commits acts reminiscent of the methods of the Gestapo or KGB, you wholeheartedly agree with thier violation of human rights.

Home... What is it truly?
2008-07-24 3:07 PM PDT
I've found that home is where the heart is. I mean it, people develop a close connection with thier surroundings, and some people grow very close with thier areas of residence. I will be moving soon, and though I am sad to leave my wonderful area, I have many things to gain by doing so.

Basically, though my neighbourhood is nice, shady, and has provided me with a great place for growing up, I figure I stand to gain more in another residence.

Just keep this in mind folks: Home is anywhere you make it.

I will still do my utmost to make them look good, and so far, I haven't turned out anything that would look horrible.

Shootings in America: Crazed Youth?
2008-07-05 4:17 PM PDT
I don't think the shootings in America are the fault of the youth. Albeit, they have to be messed up in the head real bad to go that far.

It's the American Government's fault. If a person has a fist in one hand, and a gun in the other, and they're pissed, what do you think they'll use? The American government has made it far to easy for these youth to get the weapons they need!

American Gun control laws are to blame. The right to bear arms was created after the revolution, when attacks were common and the British might return. This is idiotic for the modern day! There is no reason a person should have a RIGHT to bear arms.

Now, you'll probably say: "But it's the fault of the kids for using them"
I'll tell you, that's bull. Yes, they did choose to use it. But with proper gun control, they wouldn't even have that option!

In Canada, we have far better gun laws, and look at our history! America has had at least 4 School shootings in the last 40 years! Canada has had only one! I think that says something.

So I say: The blood spilled is on the hands of anybody who stands idly by. Nothing gets done if it isn't done. Lobby for better gun control, and I can garuntee these incidents will slow down, if not stop.

Common Misconceptions of modern games.
2008-07-05 4:09 PM PDT
I'm sure many of you have heard your parents mention you shouldn't be playing such violent games, and this leads to desensitization. I'm going to tell you, that is a load.

The reason that people go out and shoot thier classmates is because of lack of parental guidance. It isn't because of thier choice of TV or video games.

Albeit, they do contribute, but proper parental guidance (hence the warnings on the mature stuff!) means they are there to dispell things, and in the case of games like GTA, mention that it is wrong.
