Yet again, attended just one hour of college. Spent the rest of the morning with Spk & Arch3r. Seeing the replay of our match against Err0r, we realised how important it is for the Strength hero to tank & for the Agility hero to come late into the fight.

In the evening, we were supposed to play against a clan from Bangladesh, but we instead played against Neo's clan. That wasn't much of a challenge & then played more from home. Finally, its time to hit the sack..

I finally managed to finish ProStreet. The DotA scene is getting interesting & so, I want to concentrate on that. Therefore, I decided to finish ProStreet and I did so without even defeating 2 of the Kings. I did buy the Lambo though. It really was awesome.. The drift was the most difficult part weirdly..

So, no more ProStreet for a while. Its deep into DotA now. Played against Err0r today. No result. But we were satisfied with the game though they were leading the score. Everyone in the team is positive & enthusiastic about the tourney. We actually have 6 players now & for the first time we are about to face the problem of choice in selecting the main line-up. This is mainly because, Arch3r played a game today & seems to be in touch. Therefore he will play for us in the next clan match as scrib won't be available.

Every beginning has an end & every end paves way for a new beginning.. In my case, maybe not a new beginning, but a resurrection.. Its DotA time..

My team played a clan match against JnP yesterday & we won though Arch3r couldn't play because of his injuries. Continuing the mood, me & scrib collected our prize money from Zapak today & also attended college till 4pm. The best part was that, we finally managed to work in 3dsMax.

The repercussions of our earlier clan match settled in when I messaged Guru asking for today's opponents. They said Neo was ready but then calls from Err0r & Brutality came in. So, I fixed a day for each clan starting with Neo today. But sadly, Neo's clan couldn't play today. So, we played Brutality instead. Maxi decided to go to the gym & so, our line-up was me, scrib, Spk, fRosT & Gladi. We managed to win the game. We face Err0r tomorrow.

It was an interesting day today. Maxi came here for the first time to play in the second comp. Then, he went to the beach with his classmates & I went to Atlantis with Karthik. The weird part was that I seem to be playing carry heroes these days. And when I do, we win. It can't get weirder than that. Once we returned from Atlantis, I went to Zion and played a few games there.

Finally, came home & enthusiastically started ProStreet. I finished the last remaining Showdown & suddenly Ryo challenged me & the final fight was unlocked. I was able to beat him in Drag. Speed was a let down as Ryo just couldn't reach the finish line. But then came Grip. The car simply wasn't fast enough to challenge him. Then, I decided to create another save file & test with the Viper. Viper simply had too much power & couldn't turn without oversteer. So, I've decided to get back to the other Kings so that I could earn more and get a proper Grip car to face Ryo. So, it was gaming all the day, again..

Woke up by 7 & reached college early today. And ironically, had college till 4. And I visited the IIT-Madras campus today. Damn! its bigger & better than Anna Univ. And speaking of my college, Uma mam supervised our 3D class & she realized that he doesn't teach anything at all. So, she pitched in & taught a few basics. So, we had our first useful 3D class today.

Back at home, as expected, Gladi was the first person to game in LAN with me. After all the effort I made, I still couldn't inspire my mates. Oh well.. I had some fun in Zion today. Played just one match in the middle of which came Maxi from gym. And I've got heavy cold which is driving me a little crazy, so, gonna hit the sack.. Later..

Woke up late & so, bunked college again. Unfortunately, Authoring assessment took place today & I missed it. And it also seems that the VC visited my department & the repercussions of the visit will be felt tomorrow.

It was a holiday for Karthik since there was some bandh and so, we decided to go to TDK again. Fourth visit to Sathyam for TDK and the climax still kindles some deep emotions. Karthik also got his CBF Stunner today. It really is a stunner. Haven't tested it yet, will do so later as Karthik is going out of station tonight.

In other news, I (with some help from Karthik) managed to setup the LAN between the 2 comps and installed all the basic softwares. So, everything is ready to begin LAN at home. Lets see how many actually turn out. Ashwin called today to tell me that he is going to check on Raja & so, won't be coming today. By the way, Raja is doing just fine. He was even able to type with his right hand & was chatting.. Thats pretty much it for the day, cya tomorrow..

I bunked college today & decided to work on getting my second comp ready. Had a difficult time as the CD I got from Spk didn't work & I tried burning 2 different CDs & neither worked. So, I had to download a new setup & install the OS late at night. Anyway, its over & need to setup the network tomorrow. The struggle is almost over.

Riyaz and Raja got involved in an accident. Raja seems to be badly bruised & is going to have a tough week. I'm not sure about Riyaz's situation yet. Raja will be out of action for weeks. Apparently, when they started from a signal, a bus on their left crossed them to the right while Riyaz was speeding forward. Nothing serious, but he is going to be scared for some time. On that bombshell, I leave you..

Success! Finally, got my second computer back. Need to format it though & install everything again. I made a trip to Ritchie with Bharath, bought 2 thermal pastes, a heat-sink, a PSU for Praveen, and a 500 GB HDD for Bharath. Btw, the HDD was just Rs.3,200. And the thermal paste really did the trick. My old computer's CPU temperature went from 90C to 55C and the paste costs just Rs.25. I guess, applying the paste once every year would really help maintain the processor.

Finally, about college today, had a boring time. There was a workshop and we had the inauguration today. After that, we had to stay in the lab till 3.30 for the attendance and we did nothing the entire time. As usual, the 3D professor simply expected us to do something & he himself didn't teach a single word. He was just at times, trying to help those who were already working in 3DsMax. As for the others, we were fulfilling our life's mission in Minesweeper & Solitaire. On that happy note, I say, good night..

After a very long time, spent the whole day playing DotA.. So, nothing much to talk about here. It was good old DotA fun. Some heavy disappointments, some happy moments, some success, some laughter together made it a perfect mix of emotions for a gamer like me.

By the way, I haven't got my second computer yet, but, Karthik has installed the OS in his computer. I'll go buy the thermal paste from Ritchie tomorrow & get my computer. And Dhiva left for work to Bangalore today. Couldn't get the chance to say goodbye to him as I was in Zion till 10.30pm. Oh well, with today's technology, one could always keep in touch with friends. Cya tomorrow then..

Today was the complete opposite of yesterday. We went to Atl by noon. As usual, they were late, a few started playing 1vs1 and so, the start of the 3on3 got delayed further. And when we finally started, scrib had to play against us. Maxi as TB got pwned in lane & they made an early push & we lost. When we started the discussion about the next match, Maxi & scrib got into a small fight & Maxi decided not to take part in the conversation. Thus, the whole day was ruined for me. I was upset, but couldn't help it. I just spent the rest of the day brain-dead, sort of. Btw, about the rest of the matches, well, we played 3 more, 2 of which got remade (thankfully) and we lost the final one too (in which I was just an observer).

Finally, I saw the movie 'Diary of the Day'. And well, like everything else today, it was also a disappointment as the movie was good till the end & but didn't have a strong enough ending. Vijay/Karthi as expected didn't transfer their data & so, I haven't got my second comp yet. It seems Karthik is going out of station again & this time it'll take a few weeks for him to return. So, if I'm right, Vijay will just forget the promise that he made while I decided to buy this new comp. All this in the wake of the new imbaGamer tourney start, well, makes me even more sad.. A new day & new hope. I better end my day with some SouthPark action.. Cya.. Pray for me brother.. :p
