Inspired by Tron (sort of) I've been mucking around with some UV lights and spiral wire. Also used a Dremel to drill a hole in the front panel so I can plug the headphones in without opening it.

Before you say it yes I am still using an old Chieftec Dragon case (Infinity Silver I'll have you know :p) and I can't fault it after all these years!
