Accused of Cheating

I am a tech guy by trade and make my living doing PC, networking and general business consulting (as it relates to technology) and I have NEVER before posted a blog. I am not the kind of guy who opens up to the world in an intimate fashion. Something happened recently which has me mad enough to post this blog like some 6th grade girl making her diary entry.
A rival clan leader and GWL admin, Gclan Mawk, accused me and my team of cheating in a match we both played in the other day. This person did not confront me directly nor even submit a formal request for inquiry into the matter according to proper GWL procedures as an admin he should have. He chose to make his accusation in a public forum and try me and my teammates in the court of public opinion. While couching his language in vague generalities it was clear by tone and subsequent public statements he believed that the cheating was perpetrated by myself and by another teammate who I will not name in this blog. Additionally, my accuser stated that he and fellow players (only on his team) attest to seeing strange character play behavior during the match. He attributes this strange behavior to cheating of some kind and swears it couldn't be an artifact of lag in any way. He nonetheless cannot describe how one could purposefully accomplish this strange character behavior intentionally so as to have an advantage during a match, but insists it MUST be a cheat of some kind. In fact, he stakes his reputation on it.
Though almost no one in the gaming community knows me personally my public game play and win/loss history should signify to anyone who observes me of a slightly above average player who plays a great deal and who devotes his time to his team and the SWBFII community as a whole. It is difficult for me to understand why someone would see something they cannot understand and immediately ascribe it to cheating. I find it even more difficult to believe anyone would accuse me PUBLICLY of cheating.
