I have a new machine! That's the point. It's already good enough to play nearly anything I want it to, and I'll be upgrading after I pay off the dentist and get new glasses. The specs are there at the bottom of my profile. Yay!

Well, it's been a while since I had a pc to call my own, been borrowing Timmy's laptop for a while. It's less than fantastic but better than terrible. I now have four computers in the house.

Bessy: 333MHz 64Megs RAM....yeah, it's a beast...in 1998.
Jean: 1.4? 1.6?GHz 768Megs RAM, non-functional because of missing IDE cables, and I loaned the 64Meg video card out like a dumbass, so I have to get that back.
Daniel: 1.6GHz 256Megs RAM onboard video by nVidia, but may as well count as no video for gaming.
Hal: 2.5GHz...and no RAM, it was pulled before being discarded, along with whatever video card that used to be in there.

Hal and Daniel are both finds from my dad's frequent dumpster diving trips. I should really get around to selling the crap he finds on ebay. He finds a surprising amount of decent stuff.

I just felt like venting my frustration at lack of WoW worthy pcs...Timmy's was able to run it, until the last patch came out, and then we ran out of space on his tiny laptop HD.
