Is it just me, or is the Left 4 Dead update particularly buggy this time?

I mean seriously, they took ages to release it and it's so full of bugs it's barely playable.. Well not really, but you know what I mean. Did they even test it for bugs?

Like, I was one of the people who's expert achievements were bugged (some still are?) and the fact that some of the NEW expert achievements are allegedly bugged frustrates me so much..

The other bugs I, personally, have come across in this update are:
1. Being infected instead of survivors in survival mode.
2. Only 1 team played the last level of Death Toll on versus, then it went back to lobby. SIGH.
3. Tank is unable to break the fridge door at the beginning of the crane level on Dead Air.

Not to mention the numerous bugs that my friends have come across..

Now they're going to have to release a whole bunch of new updates to fix the update that's full of bugs.

NICE WORK, VALVE!?

I got Mirror's Edge on Tuesday or Wednesday and finished it yesterday. I really enjoyed it, being someone who loves puzzle games and melee combat games. Haha.

Today is Sunday, we've been lanning since Tuesday. I'm so sleepy.. and I guess it's time to return to university and 'outside' and all that.

I'm also more motivated to play Rainbow Six: Vegas 2. I wasn't really motivated to play it until I discovered you can get pink camouflage down the track.. how exciting. XD

Oh, and of course my new awesome headset (Creative Fatal1ty.. so nerdy), keyboard and mouse are worth mentioning. <3 for them, they're so fantastic and comfy.

AND I'M GROWING A BUSH FROM A CARROT?!

Holidays = GAMES! LAN! GAMES! GAMES! GAMES!

Thanks to STERENCE I have a nasty cold. I was up all night sneezing and with a temperature.. yuck!

On the plus side, today I get to play games instead of going to uni or doing housework! Ha!

So I had a dream about this incredible house that was so vivid and clear I'm desperate to make it on the Sims 2. I used to dream about lush houses all the time and I'd go and make them, but I haven't for many years. Funnily enough, I used to want to be an architect.. Haha.

If only I still HAD the Sims 2... Hmm.

Anyway, back to being sick.

I should be working on my assignment right now, but instead I'm going to go play company of heroes.

Today we began to plan our 'project'.. a little something my gaming friends and I are working on, in collaboration with my not gaming friends. We're planning to finish it by February next year, so we'll see how it goes.

I feel like today was a productive day, which is fantastic.

I had a piano lesson, did the grocery shopping, visited my brother, got a new TV and set-top-box, studied, worked on assignment AND had time to play Assassin's Creed, get 3 more achievements on L4D (46/51 now XD) and play L4D versus. Superwoman. Seriously. Now it's time to have a shower and go to bed, but that's another story.

My friend Hades_9966 turned a picture of my cute little chihuahua (she's currently sleeping on my lap) into an in-game tag for our guild. How awesome is that?! So thankyou to Hades for that lovely little surprise. Totally made my day.

So tomorrow (well today, really) is another day. Let's hope it's as productive as today was. Ha!

I'm addicted.

Assassins Creed is so much fun...

My only disappointment is that you can't choose to be a woman... in fact, there are no female assassins!

Well, what are you going to do. I'm a girl kicking my way into a man's world, so I don't think I can complain too much. Haha!

I just wonder how many other serious female gamers there are out there... I mean the ones I come across are stuck-up cows who get their way just because they're a girl. Some of them aren't even good players. I get particularly annoyed at the girls who think their way of playing must be the best way because the boyfriends do it. Seriously! No!

I still need to get back into Fallout 3.. Holidays, oh glorious holidays, I wait for you..

In other news, I need a mouse that doesn't hurt my hand and a keyboard that isn't full of food.

So, I'm new to Xfire. I can finally keep track of the many hours I'm not doing university work. Ha!

I did plan to be incredibly motivated this year and do exceptionally well but.. well you know how it goes.

For starters, they moved my university, so I now have to travel an extra 2 hours a day to get to and from university. They didn't even have enough room at the new campus for us! This means they've taken weeks to sort out my classes (which they did wrong numerous times) and I'm likely to get kicked out of lectures anyway.. for them being overfull.

So, I've fallen drastically behind in assignments.. having to stay home and watch lectures on the internet..

Which is terrible considering my beloved games sit there mocking me all day... So for every hour you see I've played games, represents an hour I've said "SCREW YOU ASSIGNMENTS! RAAAR!"

Eugh!

That's my rant for today anyway..
