This game is turning out to be a lot of fun, stunning visuals and so far the only "bug" i have encountered is some of the icons in my inventory / rag doll flickers anoyingly but could be a graphics card driver problem i guess.

With the 14 day reactivation offer that is now extended the servers i play on (fury and crom) seems to have a fairly high population at least in tortage, and judging from posts on the official eu/us forums many people seem to enjoy them selfs this time around.

Not sure what is wrong here but i have now replaced the graphics card from an 8800gtx to gtx 295, new memory (8 gig), new sound card SB X-Fi music, new power supply(850w) and new os (vista 64 bit) and this crap game still won't run.

Got myself a Ps3 now so can get fear 2 on that but don't feel like giving them more money for a faulty product.

Finally a there has been a beta released to let Horizons run in vista, seem to work well to, maybe not perfect but sure beats having to use my old computer.

Now this must be consideried an epic fail when you play it on pc, the official forums has 9 threads in the tech help section for consoles and over 450 in the pc area

Been able to start the game in safemode but no sound sure kills the game, and well the fact that i'm looking on my own feet without anyway to change it kills whats left of it.

Probably spen't more time trying to get it to run then the 7 hours someone stated they finished it on

Now this must be the best game of 2008

I love the large seamless world, the detailed graphics, perfect for an explorer like myself, been all over the map enjoying the sights and the fun monsters.
