Review: Despite having spent a meagre eight hours on Torchlight I can definitely say that this is a very, very good hack and slash diablo-style RPG.

The game's art style is cartoony, and I feel this work in favour of the game, as it goes perfectly in sync with the underrated soundtrack. The sound effects are nothing special in this game but the musical score is truly spectacular keeping the player enticed.

The levelling system I believe to be very noob-friendly and helps ease new players into the genre, however seasoned veterans will not be pleased with its dire simplicity in comparison to Diablo 2. Although, I feel the combat is on par with Diablo and is very addictive, the click-fest will keep your eyes glued to the screen and your hands to the mouse/keyboard for hours on end.

There are some down-sides to the game however. The distinct lack of multiplayer is painful, and after you've played through the campaign several times you will start to get bored.

Verdict: I thoroughly recommend this game to anyone who has two brain cells and £15 to spend on this gem

They all suck with the exception of the Cleggend!

Now before i say anything, let me say this, Company Of Heroes and Rome Total War hold nothing on this game, this game is that good.

What can beat calling in some helicopters and launching naplams? Well some games do that but this one is diffrent!

Naplam the trees? The trees burn down and kill any infantry in it, wether be your enemies hidden snipers, your allies marching anti-tanks or your hidden infantry, whatever they are dead!

The units in it are authenmtic to the bone, the locations are authentic, just look at my statue of liberty screenshot if you do not belive me.

After playing for an hour or two, i find this awesome game, truly a must for anyone. The scale is bigger than anything you have seen, ever, and i mean it. Make 8 armies full of peasents and watch your computer blow up with the sheer ferocity of the battles. There are 120 peasents per squadron now if very one had 14 squards each, 8 players your looking at 10k plus men.

I def reccomend it

The matches are so action packed! The tension is high, you might even lose one man in a firefight and you will get pee yourself, is the enemy truly powerful or was that just luck?
